Is your food organic?

Yes! All the produce we use in our jars are certified organic.

Is your food vegan?

Yes, our food is vegan and vegetarian friendly.

What is the difference between classic and foodie and foodie³ jars?

Our classic jars are single-ingredient jars, ideal for littles that are new to solids or those just less adventurous. Our foodie jars are multi-ingredient jars and may include some chunks, ideal for littles that are ready to try new flavors.

Do you use any preservatives?

None at all. Our food is freshly made every Saturday to order.

Is your food Big-8 (allergen) free?

We do not use soybean, wheat, dairy, shellfish/crustaceans, peanuts, fish or eggs. However, some of our recipes do contain coconut which is a tree nut. If you have allergen concerns, please speak with your pediatrician. Our food is cooked on shared equipment that may be used to cook soybean, wheat, dairy, shellfish/crustaceans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish or eggs.

Can I customize the flavors I get?

Yes! We will send you a menu every week on Monday. The order deadline is .Tuesday at 11:59pm. If you don't make a selection, then our chef will curate your order for you.

What flavors do you offer?

Our Mama Chef is always coming up with new flavors based on seasonal produce. Some of our past favorites have been: Rooty-Fruity (Beets and Strawberry) Squapple (Butternut squash and apple) Sweet Potato Haupia (Purple Sweet Potato with Coconut Cream) Spice Apple and Oats (Apple, Oats and Cinnamon)

How do you ensure food safety?

As moms ourselves, safety is our number one priority. All of our processes follow the laws and regulations put forth by the LA County Health Department. In light of the recent pandemic, we are closely monitoring the CDC and WHO for updates to ensure we are up to date with the latest safety and santization efforts.


What is the deadline to update my upcoming delivery?

We request that you make all changes prior to Wednesday. This allows us time to shop for, cook and deliver your jars.

What is the difference between your monthly and weekly plans?

All of our plans are delivered weekly. Our monthly plans are less expensive per jar and billed every 4 weeks, whereas our weekly plans are billed weekly.

How do I cancel my membership?

We are sorry to see you go. Log in to your account. Go to the subscription tab, then click on manage, then click on subscription settings at the bottom. This will take you to our cancelation flow.

Can I pause my membership?

Absolutely and it's easy. Just log in, go to the subscription tab, then click on manage, then click on pause and follow the prompts.


How do I return my jars?

We got you covered. On the morning we deliver (or the night before), just leave the ice packs and used jars in your cooler on your porch. We will pick them up when we deliver your fresh set of food. If there are any questions, feel free to text us.

Can I keep my jars?

Yes, if you'd like to keep your jars, we offer two options at an extra cost: 1. You can keep your jars, but return the cooler and ice packs. 2. You can keep your jars, ice packs and one-time use insulated box.

How do you sanitize your jars?

Every week, we use both a quat-based sanitizer as well as a heat sanitization method to ensure the jars are sterile prior to our next batch.

When can I expect my delivery?

If you place your order before Wed, you will receive your first delivery this Saturday. Otherwise, your first delivery will be next Saturday.

How do you keep the food fresh in transit?

We deliver locally and keep everything in a cooler with ample ice packs. Nothing is shipped via a third party.

In light of the COVID19 pandemic, what are you doing to ensure delivery safety?

Our delivery team is required to wear masks for every delievery. Each delivery is contact-less. We will text you once your order arrives. The bin of old coolers and ice packs are then thoroughly sanitized according to the CDC guidelines.
